The Economic Policy Committee recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill on Amendments to certain Laws of Ukraine regarding Enhancement of Bankruptcy Proceedings

The Bill (Reg. No. 5281) was submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. It was drafted to enhance bankruptcy proceedings. Thus, the Bill fixes the terms for appealing against the court decisions; sets the time limits for debtor´s property administration proceedings; curtails the period of bankruptcy proceedings; enhances collection indices; reduces the cost of bankruptcy proceedings.
